XyloDocs pricing has two layers. The CRM communication platform is the required foundation: $49 per month plus metered usage (SMS, WhatsApp, AI calling, and more) from a prepaid balance. Tax software is an optional add-on launching for the 2027 season; it pays for itself and nets to zero at 100 funded refund transfers.
Client Communication Platform
The CRM is required. You pay the $49/month platform fee, then usage on top — SMS, WhatsApp, calling, e-signatures, and document AI — at the rates below. Client accounts are always unlimited and free.
